I have had nothing but issues since Fitbit went to Google. My Inspire HR is adding 15000 extra steps on some days, and freezing the count on others.  I have deleted and re downloaded app, and reset.  Last night, in my sleep, I gained another 13000.  Have had syncing issues as well.  It won’t unless I power down my iPad and restart.  Extremely frustrating.

I have the opposite problem; when I am trying to get my hourly steps, sometimes it doesn't count the steps taken.

Mine is doing that. Freezing at a certain number and not counting the steps.
