Yesterday my screen went black and I tried restarting it. The screen came back on but now it will not sync and doesn't not fully restart. I can not get it to clear yesterday's data. I have tried everything. I have tried to restart it and I get the smile face but no vibration. I have turned bluetooth on and off. I have uninstalled and re installed the app. I have turned phone on and off. I can't get it to restart or sync. Someone please help.
