I am SO continuously frustrated with my Inspire HR. I wasn't crazy about purchasing this in the first place, as I loved my Alta until it stopped holding a charge. The Inspire HR is bigger and bulkier, it frequently does not link to my bluetooth and, even when it does connect, it doesn't sync properly, EVER! I have 2 phones and experience these problems with both of them. I've turned my phones on and off, reinstalled the app, etc. and it's an ongoing issue. It's also hard to navigate through the screens on the device. Very disappointed and looking to find another option for a tracker.

I really appreciate the feedback about your Fitbit experience. I can see why you really like your Fitbit Alta, sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire HR is not connecting properly.
Please confirmed that you've tried the steps in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Please make sure that your phones and Fitbit app are up to date.
Since you're using more than one device to sync your Fitbit, I'd suggest to try the following:
When setting up your Fitbit again, please use only one device at the time and please turn off the Bluetooth of the other devices to avoid any interference between all of them.
Give this a go and let me know if this time you can successfully sync your device. If this doesn't work I'll be glad to check with our support team the next step for you.
