My HR has stopped syncing

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

I have tried all the fixes recommended and more, you sent me a replacement unit  offer number 41681157 in July this year after experiencing the same problem clearly your system has a fault .

The tracker displays all info but does not sync . again when i try to sync and go to Bluetooth  setting in my phone  says its connected.

the input code registers but times out with the "abort " message .  ?????  what next  .????
