Received my new inspire HR yesterday. Last night I had over 10,000 steps, today it is showing just over 5k....this morning I had over 3k and now it is showing about 400???

ive tried resynching

@Laura73 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your missing steps. This is odd. Have you logged any activities on your account? Do you have any third party apps linked to your account? Are you syncing your tracker periodically? Could you share a screenshot of your activity area on your account? Manually logged activities may affect the step count so if you have one please delete it and see if the issue remains. You can also restart your tracker by following these instructions.
