Hi @dlb44  can you give a bit more detail? You lost it - did you try turning bluetooth off and rebooting your mobile device and then restarting bluetooth? More information would help us to get you going.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

I got blue tooth back on mobile but iPad won’t pair. I’ve tried over & over. Will look again. Thank you so much

Same issue here:
device does not synchronise, have tried rebooting machines (several telephones and laptops), resetting the Inspire HR even deleting user data (and now the time is off so it indicates it's 2 hours and 10 minutes earlier, the date is right though).

Time to replace this watch again I am afraid. This time by another brand.

@dlb44 @Ziegel Thanks for stopping by.

@Ziegel thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Sorry to hear about this. If the tracker isn't syncing then you can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Hope this helps.
