Inspire HR malfunctioning?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Over the last two days, my Inspire HR has been acting weird. The display only works oronly works randomly, sometimes showing the wrong time or steps.  It also keeps telling me the battery is low, even though I have charged it twice. At times, it will not seem to be on at all, only to spring back to life for a few minutes. I've had it about a year, and I am careful to remove it when doing dishes or showering. I was at the beach for a few days, and i did get splashed by a wave, but the device was never submerged.  I cleaned it carefully when I got inside. Am I the only one having these issues?

Thank you for all the information you've provided regarding the Inspire HR that has been malfunctioning or the screen that is not always responding and confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.

My Alta HR was doing the same thing.  I've had it a while so a bought an Inspire HR.  The Inspire HR doesn't work either.  Charges up OK but there is no clock - just a 'set-up' ref.  The green lights don't flash which is what happened to my Alta HR.

I have e-mailed support to question these problems both with my Alta HR and the Inspire HR. Does anyone collate these common issues or does it just fall to individual customers to chase each occurrence up?  It's very time consuming.
