I cannot get my notifications on my Inspire HR. I had the same problem with my Charge 3 and the iPhone 11. I am so frustrated!!! I have done every tip out there. Nothing is working, and I am over it! Someone needs to figure this out! HELP!!!

Hi @Curlietop28,

 

I'm not familiar with the iPhone OS for Fitbit (Android user here!), but there should be something under your Account Settings for Notifications.  Are they turned on?  You can also select specifically which apps you want to get notifications from in this menu, are the apps you're looking for selected?

I have the same issue. For the past 4 months, I’ve tried every type of suggested troubleshooting, including those provided via phone call to the helpline but still not working. Horrible waste of time and very frustrating!
