Inspire HR not functioning properly

I’m not receiving calls or texts, not accurately counting steps. It randomly logged 12 min of swimming when I didn’t swim. I don’t get the reminders. I’m very disappointed in this product.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working as it should. Start by restarting your device. For the notifications please follow these suggestions

About the swim detection. Your device detects activities based on the motion on your arm. The automatic detection is a feature called SmartTrack. For example when using the elliptical machine make sure you have the moving bars so your device detects the motion and records the activity. Try to remember if you were moving your arms when this activity was recorded.

Finally for the reminders to move make sure that your tracker isn't in the do not disturb mode (long press the button).
