Purchased Fitbit Inspire 30 July 2019.
Last Thursday at around 11:00 am I pressed the 'erase all data' button on the Fitbit and now it's lagging 7 hours behind. Don't know how to fix it.

Let me help you with the time on your Inspire. Try changing the timezone to a different one, save and sync then select the correct one, save and sync again.
