Inspire HR not getting notifications

I recently purchased an Inspire HR. I’ve got it synced to my phone and connected the Bluetooth, got all my settings so that I should receive notifications on my Fitbit, but it’s not working.. it won’t let me pair it. Help?!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not getting notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
