My fit bit suddenly stopped syncing . I reinstalled and it worked then, but now it won't sync or show a resting heart rate on my phone or tablet. I have been in touch with customer service and they were helpful, but still the fit bit won't work properly or sync.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your tracker. I would like you to confirm you've tried this syncing troubleshooting. If you have tried it but it's still not working. Could you let me know the phone that you're using?
