Hello,
My Inspire HR has stopped logging the route that I jog. After I start recording my jog, it shows my location on the map, distance and time. Once I press the finish it seems like everything works, but when I go to the app Fitbit has two recordings: one is an automatic "sensed" run and the second is my recorded jog with distance and time but pace is 0'0'' and no map.
It was working fine before but now does not. If it matters, I did try to hook to my Strava app and wonder if this made fitibit stop working somehow...

i kept reading yesterday and looked at phones location permission and realized i only had given Fitbit location permission when using app. when i enabled location permission for fitbit always it worked again 😊

wish i knew how to help. i was having trouble synching and downloaded the newest version. Ever since, my route is not logged😥

I restarted my phone and is suddenly updated the route. Now if I could only get the HR to sync to Strava.

Thanks....that was the ticket! It was a permission issue with "Health Related" records. Now syncing to Strava.
