after just one day of having my Fitbit it stops showing my texts, WhatsApp, mail, calls, any notifications I have set up.. I have tried everything I have seen suggested and it works again for maybe a few hours then stops working again.. it also recorded my sleep perfectly the first night and hasn’t worked properly since. Again tried everything I’ve seen suggested on here and it’s not helped. It was a birthday present that I got on Monday and after only 4 days I’m so annoyed with it!! What can I do?!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
In regards the sleep tracking, please restart your Inspire HR and let me know if the issue persists. It's also recommended to wear your device on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.
