I have performed a soft reset operation:
plug the charging cable to the charger and other end to Inspire HR tracker; Press and hold the button on your tracker for more than 5 seconds. There is no response at all.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this and identify in a better way the issue you're experiencing with your Inspire HR, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? The display is on but frozen or it's not turning on? I have the same issue. heart rate monitor flashing and it will only show the time when I press the side button. soft reset doesn't work and touch screen unresponsive.
