Inspire HR not responsive/dead

My Inspire HR that is just a year old is completely dead, tried reboot using the prescribed process but still nothing. Looking at the forum this seems to be a common issue, please can you assist in resolving ?

Hi @VenessaN, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I followed all the steps outlined above but still no luck. When placed on the charger it does not vibrate. Also tried charging the unit for well over 2 to 3 hours but its still dead.

 

This is quite frustrating for a fairly new product and I need to have it working again. We as a family have had multiple Fitbit's over the years and have not had these issues. Can this be replaced ?
