Think there is a problem with my brand new Fitbit InspireHR - it won't set up.
It arrived today and I followed the instructions on the app - charged it up, downloaded the app to my android phone, registered, allowed all the location est...., connected to Fitbit with the 4 numbers check, says it needs updated, try and it fails after 8%.
Tried reinstalling the app and reconnecting to the device and it just "searches" doesn't find it and then asks !is your Inspire HR powered on?". The Inspire is now at 100%, still plugged in, and still showing www.fitbit.com/setup on scrolling.
How can I use my fitbit please?

I have no advice I'm afraid, only to say I'm having exactly the same problem ☹️

I'm having the same problem with a 4 month old Fitbit Inspire HR. It worked well until a week ago. Now, it won't sync, and it won't pair with my Moto G6 running android version 9 phone. I've tried all the tips on the Fitbit support site and in the forums. Nothing. Frustrating.

One of the steps I took was to remove the device from Fitbit then reinstall.. So Now I have the code problem as well. "Sorry, the setup is taking longer than usual." One hour so far. I'll leave it overnight and see what happens.
