ive been trying for several weeks now,to sync my fitbit inspire hr and im not having any luck. I try for ages to sync,yet nothing is happening. Ive tried resetting and tried everything, yet nothing has happened

I tried all these steps and nothing changed. My Inspire HR won't synch and the time is off. Like 2 hours and 20 minutes off. Very strange.
