Inspire HR not syncing again!!!!

Yes again not synced properly so my weekly stats are totally incorrect and demotivating. The stats in my Fitbit app are correct each day but my weekly report is totally inaccurate and failed to record daily exercise. How demoralising.

Hi @PumpkinPants, I would contact Support right away, something doesn't add up.  If the stats on the tracker are correct, as you seem to lead me to believe, then I wonder why they didn't update properly in the app.

 

When you do get in touch with them, could you please come back and let us know what (if anything) worked?  I'm sure it would help others who may be experiencing the same issues.
