My Inspire HR is about a month old and the screen is blank today. Tapping the screen or hitting the button have no impact. But it is syncing to the app and recording steps.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR unresponsive screen. Try restarting your device by following these instructions. Additionally try changing the clock face.
