I did over 20,000 steps most days and definitely over 10,000 on all days. Not synced again. What a waste of time when it’s not tracking correctly.

Best AnswerI’m also looking for tips, had my Inspire HR fie a couple of months and it worked great too last week, now it seems to only be tracking half the steps. I’ve reset it, no change. So frustrating. Has anyone managed to solve this?

Hi
Have you tried syncing with your phone the day before your weekly stats are due? I have to do this constantly to get correct results. Useless really!! Not what I expected to have to do.
My latest bug is HIT stats not recording on my Fitbit- do a workout and it shows 0 at the end!!
Kind Regards

Hi
Ive found I need to make sure my phone is synced (sometimes manually) before my weekly stats are due. It will then correct any missing steps or days BUT you have to do this before the weekly report otherwise it stays incorrect and that week is a total waste of time. Don’t know if it’s a phone or Fitbit issue but it’s not good. My brother has just purchased an Apple Watch and has no problems whatsoever!
Kind Regards
