Inspire HR not syncing with iPhone

This is for the Inspire HR on iPhone. I'm writing because this has not been resolved on other posts.

5/18/20 was the last day Fitbit synced for me. Everything has been syncing and working fine for months. Then starting 5/19/20, all of a sudden, it keeps saying "No Device Found," so my time is off and data isn't being logged. I've already:

- uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app--didn't help

- restarted the fitbit--didn't help

- looked at links to your help articles, such as "How do I set up my fitbit device", etc--didn't help

So I'm posting here--please help!

Thank you

@tanresa It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.

I have to do remove device from iPhone every morning restarting of all devices many times daily to get it to sync.
at first everything worked as advertised but in the last two months this problem is getting worse.
This is the only device that I have an issue. All other devices work fine with no issues. It only my Fitbit.
even when the only device is only the Fitbit the issue is the same. No difference at all.
This is a software issue.
I was thinking of going premium and upgrade my device. But this issue is making it a no go. Thinking about moving to the Apple Watch if not update is addressing the software issue
