Inspire HR not syncing

My last sync was yesterday evening.. Since then it shows device not found.. Appreciate any suggestions please.. T.I.A.

I had this issue yesterday....I did a device re-start and sync worked fine afterwards...

Without sounding a numpty, how do I reset?... Thanks for responding..

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button when you see a smile icon

My son got an inspire hr for his bday and we CANNOT get it to sync. We have watched youtube videos, bluetooth on/off...device restart and all we get is a "no bluetooth connection" message.  We have tried connecting with his phone and chromebook and both have the same error message.  Any ideas?! Please HELP!

My HR hasn't synched for a week.  Fails with a variety of errors.  No positive help from Fitbit support so far.
