I've had my Inspire HR for several months. Overall I love it. However, it seems to have trouble staying synced to my iPhone 7. All my software/firmware is up to date on both the phone and the tracker. However, when I try to sync, it either freezes or tells me it can't find the device. If I reset the Fitbit or reset the phone, it usually works, but why on earth should I have to do that on a daily basis? I've even deleted my old Alta that I used as a backup while charging my Inspire. Is the problem with Fitbit or Apple or the way the two work (or don't work!) together? Any suggestions to avoid this nonsense? Cause right now I'm not feeling very "Inspired."

So are you saying the Inspire HR needs to be our only bluetooth device? I'm having the same issue, and was wondering if listening to music via bluetooth earbuds were interfering with the inspire to sync. Is it possible to do both at the same time?
