Let me help you with this error message. Where are you viewing this error message? Could you share a screenshot of this issue? Does this happen when you try to do something specifically? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I've gotten this too. Usually having to do with the Relax function. Is it just not placed correctly on my wrist?
