Since updating my Fitbit Inspire HR to my IPhone 7 and my IPad, apparently I’m dead! It will not sync, will not record any of my activity. No steps, no heartbeat, no log of my sleep. I have tried and tried. Nothing seems to be working. Really sorry I installed this update.
Any help or suggestions?
I purchased this the end of July and have had very little success with it. My old Altra was never this much trouble!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing. I want to know if you still see the data on your device? If you aren't seeing anything then start by restarting your device. After this try to set it up again as a new device on your account.
