I'm having a similar problem. Suddenly today my Inspire HR is showing 0 steps and I just came in from a 90 min walk. I tried following the steps outlined here for a reset but the reset isn't happening. I've only had to reset it once before to fix a time zone problem. Is there another way to reset? Also it's showing only 50% charge but it stayed on the charger all last night and until about 3pm today. (I forgot it this morning). Is it possible there's a battery problem?

Just to avoid confusions, you don't see the smiley during/after trying to restart the Inspire Hr, right?
Do you see the data on the app and Online Dashboard (fitbit.com) after syncing the Charge 4?
Do the LEDs blink?
