Inspire HR not vibrating

Hi , I'm a new user of Fitbit HR.

I set up fitbit linked to my Samsung Galaxy Phone. Initially everything was fine. I was getting reminders to move with fitbit vibrating and was able to view maps of my walks after starting exercise from my phone.

In the last few days both these functions have stopped working.

Fitbit does not vibrate for reminder. Exercise shows walk distance and time but map does not load. I just see spinning circle as if something is trying to load but never does.

I've tried rebooting the fitbit and my phone several times but cannot resolve.

Any ideas ?

@CarolF13 Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

I moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic. Since you mentioned that your tracker isn't vibrating for reminders to move please double check if it vibrates when setting an alarm or hitting your step goal, check this article for instructions. 

Regarding the map that shows just a spinning circle please make sure the latest OS is installed on your phone and try logging out, force quitting it and log back in. 

If you keep experiencing this let me know the phone model and OS installed. 

Last but not least you mentioned you're a new Fitbit user, please let me know if you have a Fitbit Inspire HR or a Fitbit Inspire 2.
