I’ve had my Fitbit for about a month and today I was laying in bed and I checked the time and everything was fine. Not long after my screen wouldn’t work, it won’t vibrates, sync to my app or anything. I’ve tried resetting it and plugging it in, but nothing happens and the screen stays black and it doesn’t vibrate. My green light is still on. I can’t figure out what’s wrong with it.

You've done an excellent job troubleshooting your Fitbit Inspire HR. This is not a normal behavior, I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. Since you've already restarted your Inspire HR, I'd suggest to check the steps in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Then give it a try for another day and if you notice this is acting erratically again, please let me know so I can request a ticket for you.
