I charged up my Fitbit today after not using it for a few months, my phone would not connect to the device so I removed it and re-paired it.
I went on a walk today and noticed that my Fitbit is not tracking my steps or my heart-rate, I have also noticed that the green light is no longer flashing - any ideas on how to fix this?

@x_mxlly It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. After this check the step and heart rate detection and make sure you are syncing your device.
Let me know how it goes.
