My Inspire HR has intermittently not worked for the past few weeks. I got it in September 2019. For the past two days, it has not worked at all. How long should I expect the lifespan of this to be? I thought about getting another one, but if it is only going to last for 1.5 years, I don't think it's worth it for the price. I tried to chat with a representative today, but have been on hold for over 45 minutes and am not going to wait any longer.

Hi @Jen1000, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about your Inspire HR since it stopped working.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know if your Inspire HR stopped charging, turning on, tracking or syncing your data. This information will help me to determine the cause of the issue.
In the meantime, restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
