Hello, 

My HR Inspire is a little over 1 year old and all of the sudden it will not hold a battery charge (No, I do not use extra features that could drain it). It will also not let me swipe up or down on the watch. It basically has no function and it all the sudden came on about 3 days ago. I have reset it on the charger several times and nothing helps.
