Inspire HR notifications not working - feedback

Everything was working great and I really loved using my inspire hr to track my daily exercise. About a week ago all of my exercise options all changed randomly to “Pilates” like all of them. And when I finally sorted that out my app began asking me to turn on location services every time I opened the app even tho it’s currently on. Now the new thing is it vibrates randomly whenever I’m workin out. It’s not texts or notifications just random vibrations. I’ve scoured these posts for hours and all of these problems have been reported and I haven’t seen any real solution presented by Fitbit. So are you guys going to refund my money or fix it cause I’ve only had this thing for like two months. Please advise I’m super bummed out.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues with your Inspire HR. I appreciate the research done prior posting. 

 

I would like you to make sure you have the latest app version. The issue you mentioned about your Inspire HR not receiving notifications is a bug that we're aware of and working to resolve it. 

 

The bugs that been reported, Fitbit is working to resolve them but I can't provide you with a timeframe about when this will be resolved. It should be posted in the main thread that are in the Forums to inform all our users. You can check the Fitbit Warranty here
