Out of the box inspire HR , after connecting to App it wants to do a firmware upgrade , starts the upgrade , then says battery too low. Now its shows a horizontal white line on the screen, won't charge , won't reboot, won't update FW. It is basically useless. Can it be reset with a brick or hammer ?

I have the same issue. New inspire hr, syncd to my phone, started to download software, told the battery was too low, now a white line. Cant do anything else. It's on the charger, and nothing! Just a white line.
What do I do? I've searched these forums high and low and there is no answer to this.
