My Inspire is only 6 months old. It was fully charged yesterday, and today the only thing I can get it to do is show the face. No battery life display, steps, heart rate, calories, or the hourly increments of get up and move, none of the exercises. I tried to recharge it and sync it, but nothing helps. I do all my syncing and charging via a PC at home. Can you help?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR showing only the clock face and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is odd but you can try restarting your device by following these instructions.
