Inspire HR randomly stops tracking exercise

My Inspire HR tracker keep stopping tracking during exercise.

I have used it the same way for about 6 months and recently it has started doing this?

Any ideas how to fix it?

 

My partner's Inspire HR, we bought them at the same time, is working perfectly.

@AJShelly Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Inspire HR stopping recording your activities. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Also try removing the activity option, save and sync then add it again.
