Hello.
My Fitbit Inspire HR, approximately 1 year old, has not recorded full sleep data for 12 days. The error message says it could not get a consistent heart rate.
So having read some of the other threads on this issue, this is what I have done so far:
Cleaned sensor, multiple times
Checked to ensure full charge
Adjusted wrist position multiple times
Reset the Fitbit according to the instructions, multiple times
None of this seems to have made any difference.

Hi @PJSanderson, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the sleep tracking issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know if you tried the restart process as advised in this help page. In the meantime, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep data.
Looking forward to your response.

Hello JuanJo,
Yes. I already did this restart procedure, several times. I did that yesterday. The Fitbit has no difficulty tracking my heart rate during the day, does not change positions on my arm at night, but we're now at day 13 with only the simplified data. What's your next suggestion?
