Since doing the update why is my inspire hr adding steps on, this morning it's saying I've done over 3000 steps!!! Anyone else having problems since doing the update

Hi @Kerryjoyce  Try restarting your Inspire HR several times and hopefullybthat will fix it.

Hi @Kerryjoyce, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR is adding extra steps all of a sudden.

 

In addition to the restart process that shared my friend @NellyG, I'd like to share this help article, which explains why your Fitbit device may track extra steps.

 

After this, monitor your Inspire HR and see if the issue gets fixed.
