Inspire's screen won't scroll

I haven't even had it 2 months and today it quit scrolling. I've tried several times to restart and it won't even restart. Seen someone has changed their clock face and it fixed this issue for them. Tried every clock face and still no luck!

Since your Fitbit Inspire is still unable to scroll after you restarted it, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution.
