Hi,
Usually my resting heart rate is around 49 on my Inspire HR.
Before I got this Fitbit I used my Garmin Forerunner 735XT a much more expensive device that usually tracked my resting heart rate to 46-49 when in shape the last year.
Now in October my Inspire has increased from 49 to 56 and I can't get it down.
I feel good otherwise so I hade my Garmin on when I slept this night and it recorded 47 while my Fitbit still records 56. What is wrong with its algorithm!?
I have restarted the fitbit and my phone yesterday.
See attached picture.
Regards,

Hi @cafebici, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire HR since it's not tracking your resting heart rate accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved and providing a picture showing the numbers.
Please try setting up your Fitbit device from scratch. After this, check out this help page which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it provides accurate heart rate readings.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi,
I have reset all user data on the device and after that removed from my fitbit app and then re-paired it.
But after the pair the device gets the last data synced to the app so it gets the same rest hour data as before.
I will see if the information changes after I wear it a couple of days and come back to you.
