Hello,
I recently bought an inspire HR, and then bought the same watch for my father but his inspire HR is not working as well as mine. We have noted 2 major problems:
- His screen is not respondng to taps, while mine is working properly.
- Some of his nights do not succeed to be analyzed. He can't have the analyse of the different sleep episode (deep, paradoxal and awakening). He has exactly the same result as if his night was shorter tha, 3 hours (fitbit says it can't be analyzed in this case) but he slept more than that.
Could you please help us ?
