Hi,
I got my Inspire HR for Mother's Day and it doesn't work correctly. The screen constantly moves to exercise-run, even when I am sitting. When this happens (which is all the time), I cannot scroll to different screens - and when I successful can scroll, it just immediately jumps back to the run option. I've factory reset it a few times, it'll work for a few hours but starts jumping back to the run screen again.
Any suggestions? Other fixes I can try?

Best Answer@LisaD723 @acurrie12 @SilviaFitbit - thank you both so much for the info. Hopefully someone will reply soon. Can't figure out any other way to contact Fitbit with concerns. Thanks again!
Best AnswerHi,
The replacement FitBit I received last July has suddenly stopped working. It is totally nonresponsive. When I place it on the charger it doesn't even vibrate. I tried pressing the button for 5 seconds with no response. It's also not synching with the app. If it is still under warranty can I get a replacement? Or have it repaired?

Best AnswerI'm having same problem. Screen continually scrolls even when I don't have it on. Charge lasts less than 24 hours. I can't see anything. I've reset it several times. I tried changing clock face. What else can I do?
Best Answer@Marciamcl Reach out to customer service. I believe I did so via chat and was able to get a replacement right away.
Best AnswerJust wanted to document that I have also experienced this same exact issue and jumped through the same hoops with FitBit support - clean the contacts, try a different charger. Of course it didn't work, because as documented by all the other users here with the same problem, it doesn't work. The product is obviously defective and made to have a very short life span. FitBit had the nerve to send me an email to get 35% off a new device. Why on earth would I waste my time with another FitBit device when obviously they are planned to fail after a short life and the company doesn't support the products when the issue is common and a known problem. Disgusting.
Best Answeri’ve had my hr for some time and it is also constantly flipping through the screens to the point that i can’t do anything. i’ve taken extremely good care of my hr and have tried to reset it but it still keeps flipping through. what steps should i take next?
Best AnswerAs noted above, you will get no help from FitBit, who is laughing all the way to the bank with money reaped from their planned obsolescence. Next steps are to never give this company any more money in the future.

Best AnswerAny fix for this?? My fitbit is unusable w this happening. Out of warranty and would think this shouldn't happen w such a sophisticated device. Please help 😢
Best AnswerI have had my Fitbit inspire a little over a year. I am currently dealing with it jumping screens and running constantly. Battery was empty within 12 hours and almost full when this began. There is a bright flickering green light from the sensor on back. I’ve reset it and it didn’t help. Have had numerous other problems too. Doesn’t track anything properly except my steps and when on a treadmill it doesn’t track those either. Overall I would not purchase another one of these watches. Have any of these issues been resolved?
