My Inspire HR is incredibly temperamental. It regularly refuses to connect to my phone. Regularly wont scroll up/down etc.... completely stuck on clock face now. I have tried switching off/on but this is also a hit or a miss if it will let me switch it off. I have removed the app from my phone and reconnected more than once. I have tried reset. Please help!

Let me help you with you Inspire HR screen not working as it should and your tracker not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the screen issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
