So i got my fitbit HR close to a year ago. i’ve been syncing it all day, tracking my food, water and calorie intake.
all of a sudden on my watch screen it says that there’s a clock face error. “go to the fitbit app and try another clock”.
so i go to the app and it says that it’s “updating the clock face”. on my fitbit it shows the bar and updates and gives me the check mark like it’s been updated to a new watch face , but on the app the update bar is about 80% full and stops.
i can’t change the clock face like it says it wants me to because it’s not updating and it says “you can’t change the clock while updating” and gives me only one option that says “okay i’ll wait”.
so frustrating. i feel like no one else has had this issue? i just switched phones a few days ago, but would that cause that kind of issue?
ive deleted the app and redownloaded. might do a factory reset.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions. After this retry changing the clock face.
