Hi, my inspire HR screen has suddenly stopped working. The device still has flashing green light, syncs with the windows app and shows as having full battery. It vibrates once, a second or so after the button is pressed but will not show the smiley face to show it's restarted, even after a longer press. I have tried changing the clock face as a last resort as I've seen mentioned but the windows app wont seem to allow this, the app just freezes/crashes/go into an endless loop of loading. Device is only two months old
