Inspire HR stopping scrolling all of a sudden. It’s on and charged and I did the reset twice but still can’t scroll at all. Screen is stuck on the clock and all my notifications show up but cannot move screen. Please advise it’s only 2 years old. Thanks!

Do you use any type of screen protector on your Fitbit ? If yes, try to remove it without damaging the screen and test if the touch reacts. If not, you will probably need to change the touch sensor or the whole screen with LCD and other stuff. Did your Inspire HR received a big impact or did any other problems arrived before the incident ?
