Inspire HR screen won't scroll

Screen will not scroll and restart did not work.

Hi @Drichard62, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen scrolling issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please let me know if you restarted your Fitbit device as described in this help article. In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I tried restarting and changing the click face and it still will not scroll.
