This issue cropped up the past two weeks but when I rebooted it sorted itself out. No longer. Screen is stuck on home and I can’t scroll to any other data. Also charge us dropped from 100 to 24% in 3 hours today. What’s up Fitbit?

I changed the clock face but the problem remains. I also deleted the entire app and re-installed. No change. I can't access any of the data screens such as exercise, notifications, relax or scroll through the data. Isn't the point of these forums to get collective answers? If each of us has to contact the company directly than what's the point of posting here?

Mine started to do the exact same thing 2 days ago! I can only get the home face, no scrolling, and the battery is suddenly dropping very fast

I am having the same issue with no scrolling. I have tried all of the suggestions but still no luck. My Fitbit is 2 years old - am told by friends that I am lucky to have gone so long with no issues - most of them have had to replace after 12-18 months due to constant issues.
