My Fitbit stopped working last night. It is not allowing me to swipe and only showed the clock. When I press the button I get a quick vibrate and nothing else. Purchased in July 2020 so not a year old,

Hi @Wendymoylan, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen swiping issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if it allows you to swipe it.

Me too, after only 6 months!! I had to buy a different tracker! Definitely not Fitbit anymore!!

My Fitbit has also frozen up. It won’t swipe. I’ve restarted it twice, no dice.
if I hold the button for a couple of seconds I get a battery charge indicator, and what looks like a light bulb icon which lights or greys out when I press the button.
Also my phone app is indicating I’ve taken around 150,000 steps, and 0.1 km when I’ve actually done around 10-12,000 steps and 7-9 kms. It sorts itself out at the end of the day, but is useless in real time. As I can’t get info from the device itself, I can’t get any info until I get home and use my iPad.

Hi, I am in the same situation that the Inspire HR didn't respond to the swiping. It works on charging, however, it had no response when I press the button for 5 seconds for restart upon charging. May I have any solution to the freeze? Thank you so much. 🙏

My Inspire is the same, won't reset and very annoying. Could be the Chinese blocking us! There made in China!

My Inspire HR became weird today. The battery fell at a fast speed and the screen always keep on. From 99% to 40% in 3 hours. I had rebooted the device several times. I have no idea how I can do. 😅
