Hi. My fitbit has synced to my phone as phone states the last synced date & time on fitbit app, but fitbit itself is stuck on www.fitbit/setup screen with fitbit logo & have been unable to use it at all. How can I get it going please?

For the past week, my fit bit is showing time 7 hours too fast for my time zone. How can I set the clock? My fit bit refuses to update tracker because it says it is busy, probably because it has been perpetually trying to add notifications and auto sync for the past week. And it keeps turning blue tooth pairing off. Can you help me please?
